Working with Bernie and his partner was painless and affordable. We had other companies come in and quote us for thousands more than what Bernie charged us. We had a massive 60+ foot pine removed, as well as a damaged tree along our property line. While he was up taking down the damaged tree he additionally cleaned up other trees he felt could be an issue down the line. He even took down another tree he had not originally quoted us for as he saw it being an issue down the line. Since he was here with all his equipment it was an extremely reasonable price for the 3rd tree to be removed. Almost too good to be true. Bernie and his partner started early and worked throughout the day. They cleaned up all the debris from each tree before moving onto the next, and included stump grinding in their prices. Would most definitely use them again in the future. Only down fall would be that it takes a while to hear back from them when you reach out for a quote. But we can live with that knowing what a great job they did and how much $$ they saved us in the long run.

Twin Swan did an absolute magnificent job! They arrived on time, worked endlessly removing trees, grinding stumps, and trimming trees and shrubs, and would not leave the property for lunch or at the end of the work day without picking up. If I could, I would give them a 10 Star review as they earned each and every one of them. Bernie and Mark were also very accommodating with additional requests I had. I think you will find them to be reasonably price. Thank you Bernie and Mark, you have definitely earned my future business as well.

Bernie is excellent. He has done several trees on my property over the past several years. Always with the right recommendations, affordable prices and cleans up nicely. While he has a small crew of just him and another guy, Mark, he has all the equipment needed for a big job. I see the negative review about his communication (or lack of) and he may not get back to you for a bit, please note he’s a smaller operation and works long days. His a bit “old school”. If he says he’ll be there, he will and he’s worth the wait frankly. After the work at my home, immediately three of my neighbors had work requested and done, I’m sure another reason he doesn’t get back to some quickly. He’s not actively searching for clients, they just keep coming to him! Good guy, honest and reliable. I highly recommend!

They don't even bother to call back and give a quote, so what does that tell you about how much they care about customers....it tells me that they really don't give a s--t!
