During our pool remodel we were informed that we needed to have a palm tree removed before work could start. I called Berrios and they were able to respond the next day to remove the tree. They did the job very quickly, ground down the stump and removed all the cut down tree parts. Their price was very reasonable (well below the other 2 quotes) and best of all we were able to continue the pool remodeling without delay. Without the prompt response it would have taken at least a week to get the project going again.

Mr. Berrios is a professional in every way. First, he will walk with you to see the work that you need done, and he will actually LISTEN to your needs and makes mental notes of your "hot buttons" to make sure he addresses those in his quote and when doing the work--all while making recommendations along the way, which I found very helpful. Next, he will give you a verbal quote, then will follow up with a formal, written quote via email. His pricing is also very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. After the work is done, he will email you an invoice and a paid receipt. That is how he conducts business, as a true professional. But more than that, Mr. Berrios is an ARTIST. He KNOWS trees and has an artist's vision when it comes to trimming trees. He has trimmed our trees several times now over the past several years and we will not go to anyone else. We highly recommend him, and you will not be disappointed with his work or your experience!
