I used them about 4 years ago - thru Loews. They measured my home but somehow we ended up short on carpet. Lowes would not stand behind them and my house was never finished. They left a big area between the living room and master bedroom in a complete mess. The installer said they’d fix it when they came back — but that never happened. Neither Lowes or Bennett would take responsibility for the 3 month complete mess I went through. I would never use or recommend either one of them again. I should also ad that one of the installers spent most of his time in my bathroom — DISGUSTING! I had this posted before but I see it’s been removed — people need to know.

They left a layer of yellow padding dust all over the things in my daughters closet, they scratched up the closet framing amd scratched my trim down to bare wood on my windowsill. I have called and left messages and talked to a person for over two weeks to fix this windowsill and NOTHING is being done. I am beyond mad!

Jason is th best carpet layer in the area. We had a room with a seam and you can't even tell. Waiting to get a estimate for The bedrooms.
