Erik who is the owner offered a very reasonable deal and he subbed out the paving to another company who did a nice job-however the issue is that Erik was to clean the excess cement off the steps and replace the rails which has not been completed. Two weeks ago he was suppose to complete the project which he has been paid in full. The paver he installed himself on the steps is broke and was that way and when confronted he acknowledged he would fix the issue the following Tuesday. I also contracted him to do mulching and trimming of my shrubs and palms. I called him 2 1/2 weeks ago and he answered and stated he would be out Tuesday 2 weeks ago to repair the rails and broke paver properly.he also stated his crew would be out at 4pm Weds to to the yard work which was almost a $1000 project. I stayed home until 2PM waiting for him and called him several times regarding and he never answered or responded to my calls that day. The next day Weds I had to travel out of town and my wife called off work costing her $150 in pay to meet the crew. They never showed and my wife called several times with no answer. I have sent him a couple e-mails advising my displeasure with the follow up and misrepresentation.I have also called and left additional e-mails. The steps were not mortared properly and Erik promised the sub company he would complete but he did not. I called Rich the owner of the sub company and he completed the mortar work as he stated he guaranteed his work but Erik has not completed the broke paver or installed the rails properly. He also did some additional work removing some landscape for an additional charge,however he promised to haul the residue which did not happen. Summation-I thought this guy was the real deal ,pleasant,nice and right on point until the final payment was made. Advise-If you use this guy do not pay him until the job is 100% I will now have to pay additional funds to complete my project and as estimated $275 to replace the pavers reattach and construct the rails correct.

I love working with Erik. I know that if I ever feel that the job hasn't been done the way I or what I think the client wanted he steps up to make it right.He is persistent and honest. He listens and asks questions when you ask him to do a job. He is responsive to all of my requests.
