I will say first and foremost, it takes a dirty, hateful individual to take advantage of a senior citizen, but what's worse is she is a new widow. Cole Vickery not only cashed and spent the check for incomplete work but refuses to complete the task. So completely out the money and left with only a shell of a room this 66yo widow now has to figure what to do next. Protect ur family and friends from these types of predators!!

( LESS THAN POOR)(Jarrod) Cole VIckery....has taken advantage of senior citizens! Like a thief in the night! Paid in full, before work completing any & all work. This is far, from the first. Won't be the last. I wouldn't wish this nasty experience, on my worst enemy! I hope this saves anyone, anywhere, & most of all senior citizens who can easily be a targeted! As this, is a crime....
