I specialize in the small Handyman, Home Improvement, and assorted misc. Services i.e. light hauling, screen repair, dryer and vent clean out. Many jobs that large contractors usually do not want or over charge because of their high overhead. I will give you a solid and fair bid for your job either a set price or hourly rate.Often the price will include Pick up of items with out an additional charge or mark-up. I you have a lot of little jobs then we will give you a fair price for a daily rate.. I try to design my services for the average home or business owner that needs help working with a budget. I started doing plumbing and other handy jobs with my Dad, Uncle, Grandfather when I was very young. I knew my way around tools when young, also. I have had 2 businesses over the years dealing with different aspects of home improvements. I was a maintenance supervisor at 2 different residential rental companies and 2 major commercial facility sites. I have both on the job and school training in many skills. I hold a Maryland MHIC License and a 2 year degree from RETS school in HVAC and a large variety of other school.
