I am 75 years old and this is what Eric did to me On On 02/26/2020, I entered into a contract for refinishing my basement and building a deck on the back of my home to replace a small rotten porch. Total contract was for $47,250.00 with initial payment of $15,750.00 with work to start on 02/02/2020. All went well until the pandemic when work halted, but before they left, I made another payment of $15,750.00. They did not return until the fall and only after I contacted them. At this time, work is sporadic. The old porch is gone with a temporary ramp replacing it. The basement is still not suitable for occupancy. It is intended to be a home for my daughter and her sons to move into after her father-in-law died. He passed in February. Eric does not respond routinely to calls or texts. To date, I have payed a total of $57,512.00 plus an additional $124.00 in cash when the store would not accept his credit card. I do not have the ability to upload documents. I am willing to negotiate work, but can't when he doesn't return calls!!

Eric did repair work on our home after a sprinkler pipe burst. He was responsive, extremely professional and VERY diligent in taking care to put our home back in the shape it was before the issue. His work was very thorough and he took care to make sure we were satisfied. He even met with our insurance adjusters since we were out of town at the time. The work involved painting, wood floor removal and wood floor installation, drywall installation and repair, and trim work. I would highly recommend him. He was also very diligent with his costs and spending, and very conscientious of time.
