The day before Christmas, my chimney caught on fire and burned down the tree, the presents for my grandchildren, everything! Michael at Servpro of Geauga County was here at my house with his technicians no more than a hour after the fire department left. When I tell you I was a mess when he and his team got here. He made me feel like I was one of his family members. One of his employees (I think her name is Tracy), walked up to me and just hugged me. She assured me that everything was going to be okay.
