I would give half a star if this site would let me do so. Juan would steal you blind given half the chance. You can't trust people like him anymore; they just won't do the right thing. Poor work; no habla english; etc.
The 2 year guarantee promised on plants is worthless as Juan does not reply to phone calls, once in a while he'll text a promise of "we'll be there this week" but eventually you realize that won't happen. The team does neat work but Juan's lack of respons...
I scheduled an appointment with Jackson Coley but he skipped the scheduled appointment without calling me. Four hours after the scheduled appointment he said he'd arrive at my house in three hours. Flakey. Disrespectful. Unprofessional.
