The 2 year guarantee promised on plants is worthless as Juan does not reply to phone calls, once in a while he'll text a promise of "we'll be there this week" but eventually you realize that won't happen. The team does neat work but Juan's lack of responsiveness cancels that all out. Even when the initial job was done they would start work then disappear for weeks with no response to phone messages and would only appear once you threaten to hold them to the contract with legal action. Buyer beware.
