She is my fiances Grandmother. She hired a guy named Steve Furr previously and he charged her $2,800 to address leaks im her roof. He took the money and took afvantage of her. He bought like half a bumdle of shinngles but never fixed the leak. So we came out to her home . Tore out both back valleys and the section onvthe front where the front porch and main house. Then we installed ice and water shield and installed aporox 4 square of shingles on top of the ice and water shield. The orginal roofer left the olf shingles and ut created a deeo valley where water would stanf and run underneath the shingles. Niw she has no leaks and wr also out the goodness of our hearts and as part of the đeal. We also painted her fence, gate, three ceilings in the home, took down the firplace and plywooded over the hole and then also installed her a new ceiling fan w/ light in her bedroom.
