  | 30 yr old deck refinish | May 2017 | Two story deck that had been neglected for 10yrs. Client wanted refinish with Thompson waterseal. They had vegetation around the deck and growing on it that they didn't want damaged. So we used a mild detergent and scrub brushes to scrub years of algae and stains off the deck.
