The team that cleans my home every week have been nothing but professional and courteous. Weve had many cleaners over the years and im glad we found Perfect Touch!

SCAM! Groupon purchase, set 2 different appointments and BOTH times no call, no show. Groupon too, has been a huge disappointment. They need to research businesses that they will be selling. STAY AWAY

Scam. Do not buy Groupon or trust this company. They scheduled a cleaning, took my Groupon and never showed or responded to text messages and phone calls.

I hired perfect touch from Groupon so maybe that was my mistake. Initially I got a great prospective but the actual clean was disappointing, they didn't touch the refrigerator or the kitchen cabinet s and as it was a move out clean this was essentially. No one was there for a walk thru, the cleaners let for another job, therefore we had to clean the refrigerator and kitchen ourselves! I did get a discount but no apology or explanation, I wouldn't use them again, however cheap they are, not good customer service, just wanted to know how I was going to pay!!!!
