Block Creek Concrete Products

I have been a customer of Block Creek for the past 6 years. And for being a customer of theirs for so long they treated me like Sh!t. I called Susie the owner after getting ready to sell my house. An inspector came out and found that our system had been operating illegally and out of compliance. A year ago I notified one of their technicians about the chlorinator feeder tube not being in correctly and actually had a cap floating in the tank. He looked at it and said he fixed it. The next time I poured chlorine into the tank it immediately ran down. I filled it up and did the same thing. The technician had broken the feeder tube off and it was now at the bottom of my tank. I guess that was his way of fixing it out of sight out of mind. Inspector caught it and in 4th tank you could clearly see broken off feeder tube line hanging not connected but for the last year on my quarterly visits I have been getting a good report on my system despite paying them to monitor this tank so that it doesn't pollute the ground and surrounding ground water. I told susie about this issue and she said I never notified the office so it didn't happen sorry she couldn't help me. But just before she was telling me about having to give her technicians body camera to ensure they were doing their jobs because of all the complaints. When I called her on it she got rude and hung up on me. That is how they treat 6 year paying customers. Do yourself a favor and choose any other septic company that these A$$ clowns.
