Lynwood Park Mutual Water Co

Lynwood Park Mutual Water Company is incompetent, shady and an all around sh*tty business supplying water, however poorly, to the Compton community. This company supplies my water and has been a pain since we moved in. 1) They have NO WEBSITE or app to be able to pay your bill online. YOU HAVE TO PHYSICALLY GO INTO THE BUILDING TO PAY OR SEND A PAPER CHECK, it’s 2018! Who the hell is using paper or mail or physical interaction to pay bills anymore. It’s HORRIBLY inneficient. 2) THERE IS NO VOICEMAIL!!! You call the number and no one ever picks up, and they have NO voicemail system to even be able to contact them. 3) There is no emergency number or any way to contact anyone in the event of an imperative need. 4) THEY ARE ONLY OPEN THREE FRIGGIN DAYS A WEEK. Like are you F’ing kidding me. How the hell are you a major utility provider and not accessible to your customers more than half the week! 5) Their office facility is a converted residential HOUSE. How unprofessional!? It really destroys any shred of confidence that I had that this was a legitimate, competent business. 6) ...not to mention the random water shut offs without warning, communication, apology or rectification. This has got to be the most ridiculous utility company set-up I have ever seen. It is a constant burden to have to deal with and is unacceptable. I will not stand for myself or our neighbors to be subjected to this kind of incompetent, greedy treatment. We all deserve better. I am looking for suggestions, shared experiences and conversations about this problem. We will start taking action to correct this travesty on a city, county and state level, whatever it takes We will not stand for this crap.
