Extremely rude and genuinely disrespectful. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this company at all costs

D&S electric installed the power in our new passive home. They understood the concept of the special needs of a passive house even though that type of house is not seen in this neck of the woods. The work was done within budget and on time! After being in the house for about 4 months the power went out which is very disturbing but I called the 24 hour number and Mat showed up at 10PM trying to sort out the problem. After a long night they found where the landscape contractor had bruised the underground service which slowly degraded until it broke. They hired another firm with break locating technology and quickly fixed the problem not of their origin. Another amazing part is that they took up the sod and placed it back hiding the mud where the hole had been. I asked for a bill and they said this is part of their service to their customers! I am grateful to have power restored by skilled people with integrity. I heartily recommend them! PJN
