About Stateside Exteriors, LLC
I started out as a Kettleman in 1978 making $25.00 per day. By the end of the summer I was making $45.00 per day. I moved up in the Roofing Industry by learning how to Set Sheets and Mop Down the Fiberglass Paper. Then as the Industry transitioned into Modified Bitumen Torch Down Rubber. I learned how to install the two different types of Rubber. (Smooth and Granulated) I started throwing bundles of Shingles on my Shoulders and caring them up the Ladder on the Roof and next thing you know I was pounding Nails with the other men and I was doing a Professional Job installing Shingles Straight as could be on the roof. What I learned on Shingle Roofs is that all the roof protrusions be step flashed properly including Chimneys and Skylights, also Installing new Collars on all the Pipes. A little later on I got into Commercial Roofing and I had to learn how to Install Insulation, E.P.D.M. and T.P.O. Roofing Systems. I moved up by becoming a Foreman and I had to learn how to Manage the Men. I then Opened my own Business and I'm a very proud Business Owner. This Year 2018 I will be in the Industry 40 Years. That's why "At Stateside we're on your Side!"
