Rick provided my mother excellent service. He was thorough, conscientious and analytical with the problems we presented to him. Additionally, he gave us recommendations for simple things we could do ourselves. My mother was pleased with his service, liked him and felt comfortable with him alone while I ran for a supply errand. He was willing to go, but I offered for expediency. I thought we were well-taken care of and his charges were fair. We intend to keep him as a "go to" handyman service and have already recommended his name to a friend and a family member. We needed minor plumbing repairs for this initial visit.
