| & Tinham Ave | Dec 2014 | Tenant fit up. Complete renovation of a former machine shop, we converted the old shop into the new home of New Hampshire Wheel and Tire Company. We removed old mildew stained walls, built a customer waiting area, office area with hand built reception desk, installed new ceilings, built a complete break room for employees, removed old broken commercial tiles from floor and added a decorated floor patterned to the cement. We cut through steel beams and a metal wall to install a new garage door, which we had to install a new asphalt driveway too. Installed windows and doors to enhance the appearance and improve energy cost efficiency. A lot of framing, drywall, insulation and painting involved with this renovation. | $3.2m | Derry, NH |
