Whole home remodel

Dec 2014

Whole home remodel. A dated home was completely renovated to bring in modern touches and style. From raising the floor of the sunken family room 15" to be even with the rest of the house, to a custom designed fireplace renovation, to reconfiguring a half bath into a powder/laundry room to finishing touches such as new lighting and hardware. Every single square inch of this house has been updated.

Sunroom Addition

Jul 2014

This sunroom addition directly off of the kitchen features two large bay windows, a custom built entertainment center with fireplace, hardwood floors, wainscoting, two sliding doors with blinds between the panes, as well as overhead transoms to maintain architectural symmetry. In addition, we created an opening into the stairwell that lets in more light to the rest of the home.

Contemporary Kitchen Remodel

Mar 2014

Fabulous kitchen remodel! We increased the size without increasing the square footage and while we were at it, we added some cool and functional features! The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, a mahogany finished island with prep sink, remote controlled pendant lights that change color, beautiful tile work, a wine cooler and prep area, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, refinished hardwood floors and much more.

Modern Basement Remodel

Dec 2013

This contemporary basement remodel includes lots of storage that is functional and suits the homeowner's modern taste. The materials are not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional as they reflect light and leave a typically dark basement, bright and open. We removed the walls coming down the stairs and replaced them with this cable handrail system to open up the space and allow light to flow to the office area on the opposite side. The bookshelf disguises the door to the mechanical room and the modern, sliding barn door opens to a home gym.
