I asked them to clean the carpets in 3 rooms, a couch and a love seat. The carpet in the largest room was particularly dirty. They made 3 attempts and did not get it clean. I did pay extra for their extra efforts and was not refunded at the end. Them being the professionals, as they call them self's, they should have been able to figure out at what point it is useless to make an attempt to get a carpet clean. We did not receive the expected professional behavior.
