Outstanding! Mica and his team at Jims Floor Depot in Lakeland did an excellent job from start to finish. It was no muss, no fuss, and we got beautiful laminate and carpet installed in less than seven business days. My wife and I are extremely grateful, since the stress of our remodel had us completely frazzled and extremely skeptical when we started shopping for flooring. At Jims, they took the time to LISTEN to our needs and find the perfect flooring for both our tastes and our budgets, and their installers, Steve and his men, did a magnificent job of putting down our floors, and ahead of schedule to boot. We had one minor problem with a piece of trim, but Steve was out the very next day and corrected it in less than five minutes. I highly recommend this company.

POOR QUALITY AND DISRESPECTFUL The worst customer service ever and poor quality work. They gave me an estimate for tile flooring and charged me more. They used my house to shower and facilities and did not clean after themselves, they did not put back the mirror and sink after laying the tile in the bathroom, broke my cabinet base frames and wall base and did not fix and put back, they left some corners unfinished, and they left empty beer bottles behind (drinking in my home). I spoke with the owner (Jim), and he denied responsibility and claimed my previous tenants did all that. When I emailed, texted, and left messages, he called me names and claimed I want to get something for nothing. Poor work and sad customer service I tried working with the owner (jim) to find a fair agreement for both us, but he insisted on insulting me and using bad language. I am very disappointed and sad for this type of treatment I received from him
