Got in touch with Phillips Corp due to extensive plumbing issues we had with a house we are moving back into and is in the remodel phase. They sent out Mike who has been great from day 1 - very professional - knew exactly what to do and get the job done - very honest and trustworthy - he was always prompt with his response time as well... I recommend Mike to anyone - he knows his stuff :)

dealt with this company since April- The employees left messes (water bottles, Gator-aid, and dirt) everywhere - each day. Zero communication as to when they would show up. Poor workmanship and did not deliver what I (the customer wanted). Beware -

Tech was scheduled to show between noon and 2 PM. Received a call at 10:20 to let me know he was ahead of schedule and would it be ok if he came early. Was here by 11 and identified my problem with in 5 minutes. and leak was repaired with in an hour at a more than fair price. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the prompt and friendly service.

Not quite a year since installation and seat of shower unit installed cracked. manufacturer has limited lifetime warranty so I sent email to Aaron Phillips requesting purchase information so I could process warrant claim. I didn't even get acknowledgement of mail email. They haven't communicated with me since I paid them in full last April. They have acted in a very unprofessional manner and in spite of their lack of help I have been able to obtain warranty assistance through vendor and the manufacturer.
