Dance Studio American Cockroach Spray | Jul 2014 | We were contacted by a dance studio to treat for roaches. We began by determining the type of roaches and then we sprayed both the inside and outside of the studio for roaches using a long lasting pesticide that we mixed with a quick kill agent in order to provide fast control of the roaches. We were told that the roaches were being spotted in the restrooms. We sprayed the restrooms and we also injected a special dust into the wall voids that attaches to roaches and kills them from the outside in. While we were spraying outside, we noticed potential entry points for roaches in the rear of the building. We informed the business owner of the potential entry points which were: Holes in the wall that were used for cables and also the door in the rear had a gap that roaches could also easily access and enter the building. We recommended that a pest blocking foam be used to seal up the holes in the wall and that weather stripping and a door sweep be installed on the door to seal up the opening along the bottom of the door. In that way, the roaches would have less access to the building. We will be returning on a quarterly basis to perform additional pest treatments. | $150 | Randallstown, MD

Roach Treatment | Jul 2014 | This customer had purchased a groupon voucher for $89 from us back in November of last year when we had done the initial treatment. This treatment was a follow-up. We treated the kitchen cabinets and the coffee table in the living room using a bait that roaches eat and then share amongst themselves, leading to the whole colony being brought under control. We also sprayed the entire home inside and out with a long lasting pesticide spray, in order to provide our client with an invisible barrier of protection against roaches and other general insects. | $89 | Baltimore, MD
Bed Bug Treatment | Jun 2014 | This was a returning customer. Unfortunately they had gotten bed bugs again. We treated the entire home by using a long lasting pesticide spray that we mixed with a quick kill agent. We also used a special dust that attaches to bed bugs killing them from the outside in. We treated the mattresses, couches, furniture, closets and cracks and crevices. We offered a 30 Day Warranty or 1 FREE Retreat on this treatment because we had worked with this customer before and we honored the original pricing along with the original warranty that we had offered at the time of the original service. The customer is now having peace of mind with a home that is bed bug free. | $199 | Baltimore, MD
Carpenter Ant Treatment | Jun 2014 | The homeowner had mentioned that they were seeing flying ants coming out of the wall in the bedroom. Flying ants are only produced by carpenter ants. So we knew right away that there had to be Carpenter Ants nearby. We narrowed our search down to the wall above the bed in the master bedroom. We treated for the carpenter ants by drilling small holes in the wall and injecting a special dust into the wall voids that will attach to the ants and kill them from the outside in. We also sprayed a special pesticide that is formulated especially to kill ants into the wall voids. We were very careful not to over spray because that can lead to mold and fungus problems in the walls. Next, we taped up the holes that we had drilled in order to prevent any flying ants from leaving the wall and entering the bedroom. We followed up the homeowner and they have not seen anymore flying ants. We will be returning to perform more pest control services on a quarterly basis. | $175 | Essex, MD
Wasp Nest Near Home | Jun 2014 | The homeowner had mentioned that several people were being stung by wasps but they were not able to pinpoint the source of the wasp nest. We inspected the home. The wasp nest was found in a bush very close to the home. We always take safety precautions so that we don't get injured by the bees. We put on a white coverall suit with a hood so that we would have a measure of protection from wasp stings. Next, we sprayed the wasp nest from a distance using the pin stream setting on our pesticide sprayer. We sprayed a long lasting pesticide that we mixed with a quick kill agent. The wasps began to die instantly. We followed that spraying up with a dust application that attaches itself to the wasps, killing them from the outside in. We sprayed the entire home just in case there were other bee nests along the perimeter of the home. The total treatment time was about an hour including the inspection and spraying the entire perimeter of the home. | Bel Air, MD

Mouse Treatment | Jan 2014 | The tenant was having issues with mice making their way into the home and into the bathroom in particular. First, we inspected the home for potential entry points and we found some under the sinks, behind the stove and along crevices in the wall. We baited and sealed up those holes using a technique known as mouse exclusion so that the mice can no longer gain access to the tenant's home. Total treatment time: 1.5 hours We followed up with the tenant and to date, the tenant hasn't seen any more mice and now has peace of mind knowing that mice can no longer make their way into the home. | Baltimore, MD |
