Gary Jones Plumbing

Working with Gary Jones Plumbing was the worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. After the completion of the plumbing inspection by the city of Raleigh for the rough in plumbing and some upgrade work to existing plumbing infrastructure, Gary did not remove the drain test plugs that was used as a pressure test in the sewer lines. This resulted in major backflow issues and additional costs. I chose not to call him out to address as I had already severed ties with him due to other unprofessional business conduct in the performance of the agreed upon work to which he was contracted to provide. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend him nor use his services in the future.
