Mosaic Builders

Last summer in May we hired Mike Tessman owner of Mosaic Builders to build a high tensile coated wire Ranch fence for us on our property and remove our old fencing we've had this type of fencing before and have been very happy with it at our old property it's over 18 years old now and has never needed anything done to it. Sadly that has not been the experience with the fence that Mosaic Builders built for us there were some issues at the end of the fence building where we called out things to Mike's attention which he insisted he would fix that the only reason they were that way is because we were so dry last and as soon as the ground got some moisture everything would tighten up. And if not that he would be back out to fix it all under warranty. I had no reason not to believe him because he seemed to be on the up and up. However after the project was complete he came back to the property two other times never fixed the issues tried tried blaming me for the problems and tried to charge me more money for things he now claimed were not included however he had already accepted final payment from me on tbe job we contraxted for. With closer inspection of the fence we found so many other problems height changes spacing changes post literally just barely sat in the ground that I could lift out by hand. The list goes on and on. We also had him put in 3 culverts for us and they have completely washed out less than 6 months after being installed. One of the culverts he put in for us was a replacement for a previous Culvert that had been there for 30 years and the only thing that failed on that Culvert was that the top of the metal rusted out and then the ground broke through it. But the one he build has already bern breached. The two other ones he put in completely washed away. Mike also tried to use a colection company to come after us for money we don't owe but never followed through with the legal process. We have decided not to persue him legally so as not to waste anymore of our time or money on this company. I will however continue to post bad reviews on his work and welcome anyone to come see his work in person. We will be replacing and repairing all his work this summer. A very dissatisfied customer!!!!
