Serving Manatee and Sarasota County, as well as the surrounding Tampa Bay area, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of service, while meeting and striving to exceed your expectations - your comfort is our primary concern. Here at Primary Air, our specialty is personalized customer service in maintenance, repair, installation of commercial and residential heating and cooling systems including duct work, as well as new construction and renovations. When you call Primary Air you will reach us, not an answering service. We're here 24/7!! While we do sell and install new units, we avoid replacing the original unit when it is possible. We strive to educate all of our customers by offering both a bid for repairing the unit and a bid for replacing it so that an informed decision can be made. By offering you, the customer, the highest quality products of American Standard air conditioning and heat pump equipment, we are providing a service unparalleled in other brands. We can also meet a variety of air conditioning and heating comfort needs for your home or business through contract maintenance agreements, indoor air quality products, consumer and FPL rebates, extended warranty contracts, and financing for new equipment and major repairs.

This company is great. They were able to accommodate my date and time request without issue and were very pleasant on the phone. Their technician, Nathan, just visited my house to do a routine check. He was on time, courteous, presented himself well, and did a thorough check of the system. Not only that, but he also alerted me to the fact that there was a snake in my garage and then proceeded to chase the snake out! This was quite an ordeal, as the snake was not interested in leaving. Nathan admitted that he is not fond of snakes, but was still willing to do this for me, without me even asking him to do so. He really exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond and be truly customer service-oriented. I will definitely recommend Primary Air to everyone I know.

We have been using Primary Air since we bought our house in 1994. They designed and installed our central air system and have maintained it ever since. We never have felt that they were trying to sell us goods or services that were not truly necessary. We have had a few emergency situations and they have responded promptly. We highly recommend using Primary Air.
