Cosentino and Associates was founded in 1982 as an interior design firm for residential and commercial work. Through various types of projects, including restaurants, retail stores, historic renovations, the company has added residential additions, custom kitchens and baths and new residential construction. Martin Cosentino is an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer since 1982, as well as a candidate for the Ohio Architect Registration Exam. Cosentino and Associates offers design and build services, construction management, materials purchases, bidding and award of contracts, construction monitoring, contractor progress payments, subcontractor services, and post construction services. All of the services are offered separately or as a phased project including any combination of the above. The company has worked with the cities of Cleveland and Cleveland Heights in numerous storefront renovation programs, including retail stores, restaurants, and offices.
