The owner came to finish the job October 26: painting the inside of the garage door and sanding, painting, and rescreening the kitchen screendoor. He cased for a check for the balance and since it was Friday and I went ahead and paid. Stupid. Not only was the garage door not painted but the screen door was taken away (without key parts to finish the work). It's now early December. I've called, texted, emailed, and only once got a reply that he would be there that week. Obviously he hasn't shown. While the painting was okay, the hassle of trying to retrieve the door and finish the work is not worth it.

Richard and his team were efficient, hard working and extremely accommodating to our needs. Upon request, they spent the time needed to repair the wood behind our gutters. They were very thorough on their prep, did a great job painting, and cleaned up well. On top of that, the team could not have been any more pleasant.
