Emailed in spring 2021 asking for pricing and scheduling procedure backflow testing. No response to email, but one day a month later someone showed up to do the testing without any communication beforehand, I happened to be in the yard working when he came so I knew he was there. Thankfully, I hadn't already had another company do it. The guy did his thing and then left, telling me I'd get the certificate and invoice in the mail. The certificate and invoice never came, despite a follow up email and voicemail asking about it. I just let it go and got another company to do the testing so I could send the certificate to the city. Fast forward to March 2022 and I receive the invoice (dated February 2022) and certificate (dated March 2021) in the mail, for LAST YEAR. The real cherry on top though, they're saying the invoice is 90 days late. I would not recommend this company.
