He was a smooth talker but he soon got in over his head. He accepted various jobs agreeing to find an electrician, a carpenter and his painters. At the end, he left saying he would come back and fix it if I would leave a key. By that time it was clear he couldn’t do it. The person who was supposed to sand the ceiling went to a funeral instead and mr Fleming painted before the ceiling was smoothed. Then I was told by another source that it couldn’t be sanded once it was painted without destroying the Sheetrock. The walls and ceiling looked terrible. It cost me thousands of dollars to get the walls spackled all over, sanded and painted. He got the carpenter to put a roof over the porch. That job was left hanging with various problems. I had to get someone else to finish the trim inside where he had installed a door going onto the porch. The siding was not replaced. Nails were put into planks that attached to nothing and various little problems. He charged me $400 to wash the siding, he charged my neighbor $200 and he did the other neighbor’s driveway free. He used my water to clean them all. Beware.
