Casella Waste Systems

I have not had a good experience so far. Two weeks in row my garbage has been sitting by the road and the drivers log that my garbage wasn't put out. Seems like laziness to me. I called and said they would schedule an extra pick up this week and I can put extra recyclables and garbage on the ground next to bins for a Thursday pick up. If I get skipped one more time, I am canceling service. Two out of the four weeks of the month I was neglected.
