Tim came to my house to look at my garage door that needed adjusting. The previous home owner had installed supports that were rated for hurricane prone areas, and these supports were too heavy. I took the supports off myself and the garage door needed adjustment. He told me he could adjust it, but I would most likely continue to have problems because the springs were too heavy because of the weight to support the heavy duty supports. I asked what was is the proper fix. He said to replace the springs...he did so, and everything works great. His professionalism and integrity were at the top. I will recommend Tim to anyone and if I need anything else, I will be calling him!
