Four Decades Contracting is a remodeling contractor based in Franklin Square. They have been offering exterior remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and building addition since 1950. In May 2011, a property owner contracted Four Decades Contracting to do a fencing project in the Bellerose neighborhood using a permit obtained from New York City. They completed a remodeling project in April 2008 in the Laurelton neighborhood using a permit received from the same office.
