I had him extend my back patio. I WAS going to write a glowing review as initially he was very communicative and responsive and did the job the next day and I had overlooked a few minor items at that point because it looked like the work was done well. However they showed up late due to being pulled over on the way, which still doesn't account for supposed to show up about 9 am and still not showing up until about 2, and then didn't get finished until 7:30 at night and was rushing to get the job done at that point because its was dark, late and they wanted to leave. He said he would come back the next day to power wash and clean up all the concrete that they spilled all over and take the framing off the concrete patio. I paid him extra money to power wash the house and the driveway while he was here the next day. The next day I gave him till the afternoon because I hadn't heard from him and then I messaged and he said that he had vehicle trouble but did not communicate that to me. So he said he would be there the next day so I said OK. The next day I didn't hear from him again so about 4 o'clock I messaged him and it's now the NEXT day and I have heard nothing from him. They spilled concrete all over my front yard and my backyard which is horrible to try and get up and have grass grow again. They ruined part of the house of the siding. I messaged him and told him since I hadn't heard from him I had scheduled somebody else to come power wash and help me and that I would have to take the framing off because I have a party coming up and the to prep the patio and that I would like my money back for the power washing that he did not come and do and here we are and I have not heard from him again. It's really too badd because I was gonna root for him to some people that I know that want some work done and I was happy but now this turned out horrible and I'm very disappointed. There's still time if they want to come make it right but based upon this history who knows.
