The deck was worn weather-beaten; worn and split allowing water and elements to penetrate to the core of the wood. This was causing rapid disintergration had it not been resolved, the deck wood was going to eventually rot and break meaning, installation of a new deck. We managed to stop this. We used the Olympic Rescue-It, a deck stain that has the ability to revitalize worn surfaces by filling in the cracks and holding the splinters down at the same time, preventing further barrage from the elements. The major materials involved in this project include: Power Washer Deck Cleaner Wood Filler (Exterior) Sanding Equipment. Deck Stain- Olympic Rescue it- Cedar Color Olympic Solid Stain (For the Railings- Cedar and White Colors.
