HOMEZONE improvements reached out to me about installing a new roof on my pole barn. While I was speaking to the receptionist, scheduling an appointment she insisted that my Fiancé MUST be present when they give the quote. The only reason that they insist on both parties being present is for a high pressure sale and to"close" the customer when they give the quote. I personally make all of the financial decisions for our household, I will be the one paying for the roof and quite honestly, she couldn't care less. Not a good way to do business and very unprofessional for this to be a REQUIRMENT not a recommendation.
