Do not trust this builder or use his services. He should not be allowed to retain a builder’s license. He will rip you off and lie about everything he is doing. Communication deplorable. Zero professionalism. He will try to steal all the money he can and has a horrible reputation of not paying his contractors as well. He did not do a good job for me and I am still fixing his mistakes. I am just now getting a driveway put in at my home and it’s been close to two years. I had to fire him in order to get my home completed.

Michael Riccardi has done numerous work on our home. He is dependable and very personable. I would recommend his detail and delicate work to anyone. What a job, Michael. The Champagnes
