Rented a property through CTH group that they had just purchased and renovated. Our lease began in June and we were the first occupants of this newly renovated property. In short, when winter came, we found that the furnace was electric. Our electric bills went from $80/mo in the summer to $734 this past month of January. They have taken no responsibility for these inefficiencies. Would NEVER rent with CTH again.

Moving can be very stressful enough but with CTH they made my move and transition very Smooth. David the property manager was very personable and professional at the same time. I would highly recommend CTH to friends and family.
