Bug One LLC

I had a roach infestation in a few of my apartment buildings and Bug One came in and saved the day! It has been close to a year now and still not one roach! I am currently using the company for preventive follow up and inspections. A reliable company that i highly recommend!

I tell you, I could never be more please with the professionalism and reliability I received from Bug One. I had a really bad infestation of bed bugs that I acquired while traveling. It totally freaked me and my kids out. I couldn't sleep. I called Bug One at around 10pm and received the voice mail so I left a message. Because I was calling late, I was totally prepared to receive a call by the next business day. To my surprise I received a call back IMMEDIATELY, and was provided with information that helped me to sleep at least a little that night. The next day Bug One came on time!! Got immediately to business and in the end the price was agreeable as well. They came for a follow up about a week later and as of today.... I am 6 months bed bug free!!! i couldn't be more pleased!!! Thanks Bug One!!

Absolutely AWFUL. Gave one star because the field had to be filled in. Deserves ZERO stars. This so_called "company" is just out to RIP YOU OFF. My family and I discoverd that we had pests in our home and, never having been in the situation before, had to try and find a company to get rid of them. Since they are located close by, we decided on Bug One because they were local and cheaper than the other companies. Now we know why.... Starting with the basics, it has been about a year since we hired Bug One. Needless to say, our pests came back (not even five months after the house was "treated") and we had to have our home exterminated again. This time we hired a well known company that cost much more but got the job DONE. We had a consultation with the exterminator first and while we were all talking, he asked us a few questions about the history of the pest situation. When he heard we had had the house exterminated before we brought out the paperwork from Bug One and showed him. He was appalled. We found out that Bug One didn't even use the correct formula or chemicals to kill and get rid of the pests, they used a roach repellent that only worked temporarily. (And no, our pests were not roaches.) This was why they all came back after a while. Nothing was killed just merely chased away for a while. Also, as we looked over their paperwork we found out that they were supposed to come back again for a second treatment but never did. Apparently they literally ran away with our money. My parents are retired and were totally taken advantage of. I would NEVER in a million years recommend Bug One to ANYBODY. They are scammers and only out to take advantage of people. HOPEFULLY this review will prevent someone else from making the same mistake we did. AWFUL!!!
