The rating is based on fair. At the beginning of hiring, they kept in touch and came out promptly. However, after two times coming back out, we still have issues with water leaking from the chimney. We have called and spoken to have them come back out and they said they would. Although, this virus is going around. I still expect a follow up to make sure they have not forgotten to come back out and address the issue. The rating for the price is based on we paid a considerable price for the work to be done and completed without leaking inside. I will update my review once they have followed up and completed the job without leaks.
