About Lotz Renovations Inc
Lotz Renovations, Inc. is a tradition that has been passed on from one generation to the next. Mike Lotz, founder of Lotz Renovations, is a second generation remodeling contractor who attributes much of his success to his father. Lotz Renovations, Inc. has been in business since 1986. After working for many companies that were less than honest or reputable, Mike decided to venture out on his own. Mike has combined all of his knowledge from growing up in the construction industry with his strong moral values in order to be the successful business man he is today. Mike and his wife Angie set out to achieve their goals by setting very high standards for their company. They only hire people who share in their philosophies. Their crews are professional craftsman, and know they are expected to deliver a perfect product.

We went down to the stud framing and reworked existing water lines and drains, Brizo shower system, added recessed cans, electrical outlet, framed a new wall to create a shower that didn't need a door. Lotz Renovations installed a Wedi Shower System that guarantees no mold or leaking for up to 10 years. We install porcelain tile on the floor and walls and created an accent on the back wall.
