The employee what did the work was professional and courteous, knowledgeable, but said Lucas should never deal with the public. He is very ride and verbally abusive. He needs to seek therapy for anger management . Our conversation was not confrontational or in complaint but he took affront and went on a tirade. If I were you I would stay away.
