After contacting Duane regarding an estimate, he said he needed time to get to the job as he was very busy. I waited 3 months before contacting him again as I did not want to be pushy. When he answered, he said he had no intention of completing the job at the original estimate price so he just didn't follow up with me. I asked why he would be so inconsiderate and he hung up on me. This individual is extremely rude not to mention unprofessional and I am glad I did not let him into my home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY is my advice.
