"Heaton definitely gets a lot of negative reviews and there's no doubt that the scheduling/rescheduling should not make Lowes very happy. However, the two men (Trey and Trey) the sent from Fayetteville to install our bathroom light fixture were particularly nice young men who did a very good job."
