Paul Scholz is the most dishonorable person. He sold me a new heat/AC split system in March of 2020 during the peak beginning of the Covid pandemic. The unit NEVER worked properly and although Paul personally assured me he would make sure all went well he was totally unresponsive when ever things were wrong. When I did get him to respond finally he blamed everything on Covid and how he lost employees etc. Meanwhile the YORK lemon system he sold me NEVER worked and he and his service people were impossible to get anything done. Eventually i needed to get a different company to service my new unit and after several bad inverter boards, multiple service calls, 2 bad compressors I had had enough. York refused to change the brand new lemon unit and Sure enough, Paul still would not respond to my calls, texts and emails and neither he and YORK would honor the warranty saying the unit worked fine before some other company worked on which is such BS. This is the most dishonorable company I have ever dealt with and YORK unit is a lemon and they should be ashamed to not back up their product!

If I could give a minus 5, I would. Paul, the owner, was so accommodating and responsive when he was selling us this 35K system. After paying so much money, one of the units keeps breaking. 3 motherboards, 1 blower later, our AC is not working for the past months. Phoenix has horrible customer service. No one calls back. I don’t have the words to express my disappointment. Do not use this company.

We didn't have a choice to select this company, our contractor used them. There has been nothing but problems since they reinstalled our units. And as soon as something goes wrong they blame you... you must have touched the compressor, you must have done something. They cannot and will not stand by their work. It took them longer to reinstall 2 units than it did to have the four units and a compressor installed the first time. They constantly have to call the manufacturer support while working as they do not have the knowledge themselves to fix it. We are now out an $11k investment. The units are only 5 years old, and the contractor had this company working on them 4 months ago.
