Specialty Contracting

Contracted with Specialty Contracting on January, 2017 to perform bathroom construction, including constructing closet space and electrical work. We also got bids for painting and walkway tile installation. We were given a two-three week window for completion of work. We experienced problems from the beginning with disagreement between Specialty contractor's sales/contract commitment and the sub-contractors work. We had Specialty's project manger Tim Miller and the President of Specialty, Steve Carnal come out in March(work was still going with do overs by sub. We experienced unresolved problems from the start, ridiculous delays and a poorly finished work. (Standing water on bath seat and floor). We have squeegee each and every shower. This is after three attempts by contractor to correct. Remaining quote for work were never followed up on,(not that I would have used anyway).These people exemplify the bad reputation bad contractors have.
