After years of managing, and owning real estate companies Phil decided to dedicate 100% of my attention to my customers and clients by heading a team of highly qualified individuals who's sole purpose is to surpass customer expectations, and create the next level of real estate service. Phil has served the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS, and the Indiana Association of REALTORS both as an Officer and Member of their board of Directors. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is the highest designation awarded in Residential Real Estate, Phil has served as President of the Certified Residential Specialists Of Indiana additionally he has been honored with the 5 Star Professional Award of Distinction, and has been entered into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame
