Floyd contracting did a great job last year of installing a replacement pool for us. They were on time and everything went smoothly. They also closed our pool last year and when they came to open it this year they said the cover was put on backwards and said nothing of the tons of leaves and dirt that had gotten into my pool nor did they offer any advice on how to handle it. I called and was basically told it was not their problem but that a technician would call back. They also said there was nothing noting any issues whatsoever. This was two days ago and still no call. I will NEVER use them again.
