We had such a wonderful experience working with Bruce! Even though it was snowing on the day of our home inspection, Bruce arrived early and inspected the outside of the home before we even got there. Bruce made sure to thoroughly inspect every room of the home and warn us of potential hazards. Bruce also explained why certain things could lead to issues down the line and was very responsive to our countless questions. Bruce had such a great attitude/sense of humor which made the home inspection more enjoyable. Despite the fact that the inspection took several hours, Bruce still provided us with a thorough 58-page report that night outlining the big and small issues he discovered during the inspection. Bruce saved us from buying a home that had a lot of issues and we cannot thank him enough for that! We will certainly use Bruce for our next home inspection!
